You can create an AskJack account for quicker and easier delivery. Just go to the top right corner, click create an account and enter all of your information. Here you can manage and track orders, save addresses and payment information.
In the top right corner, click the icon to access your account. Here you can review your past orders, make orders and add addresses for seamless delivery. If you need additional help with your AskJack account please contact us at email@example.com.
Step One: go to our website and enter your zip code to start shopping. If we’re not in your zip code, enter your email and you’ll receive an email when we’re in your area!
Step Two: Shop for your favorite items. You can search for a specific item by typing it into the search bar, or browse by category. Once you’ve spotted something you’d like, click “add to cart”. Your items will appear in the top right corner in your shopping cart.
Step Three: Review your cart. You can review your cart by tapping the shopping cart icon in the right corner. Here you can add or remove items in your cart, or change quantities. Once you are ready to check out, you can enter specific delivery instructions under the total price of your items. Re-enter your zip code, and enter the time and date of your delivery. Then press “check out”
Step Four: Check out. Enter your email and your address and continue to delivery methods. Here you can select delivery type and continue to payment. You can add an optional shopper tip to your order, or just continue to enter your payment information. One your order has been placed, you will receive real time updates on your delivery and communicate with your shopper to modify orders.
If your item is not in stock or available for delivery, our shopper will notify you via text message and ask if you would like to substitute it with something else. If not, you will not be charged for the item.
If you can’t find a specific item, the store you are shopping from may not have it. You can put in a special request for a specific item with our customer support team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check on that item for you to see if we can add it for future availability.
Currently, our vendors do not permit us to deliver alcohol.
Once your order has been placed, you will be assigned a shopper and will be notified via text. You can then communicate with your shopper to ensure that all of your groceries are delivered and that you are satisfied with your order!
After your order has been placed and processed, you will be notified via text message where your order is in the process and when it is out for delivery.
To change an existing address, go to account settings and click “my addresses”. Here you can edit, delete or remove addresses. If your order is already in progress, you can notify your shopper or contact our customer service team via email at email@example.com or call us at (848) 266-5225.
To schedule a delivery, click on the time and date you would like to receive your order under checkout. You can access this by clicking on your shopping cart on the top right of your screen and scrolling down to the bottom. Enter your zip code and choose a time and date of delivery. Deliveries can be scheduled 3 days in advance.
Currently, AskJack is only servicing Staten Island New York.
AskJack is working quickly to expand our delivery services to other states and boroughs. You can stay up to date with the latest information on when we’ll be in your area by entering your email address here. If you would like to put in a request for us to be in your area, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be notified when your shopper is on his way to you! Due to covid, all deliveries are contactless and our shoppers are instructed to leave items at your door. If you would like your deliveries left elsewhere, please communicate that with your shopper via text message.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with services received by you through the use of our site, you may be eligible for a credit or a refund. The circumstances under which credits or refunds may be approved are determined on a case by case basis. Pricing & Fees
We charge a delivery fee that will be calculated at checkout.
The prices displayed on our website may exceed the price available for such items when purchased in-store. The calculation of prices is based on a number of factors that include a standard delivery fee and added costs to items which can be subject to change. By purchasing items using the site, you accept the prices associated with such items and any changes made to future pricing.
Meats, fish and other per pound priced items will be rounded to the nearest pound. Our shoppers will try their best to find a package as close to the pound as possible.
When checking out, you will be able to tip your shopper if you wish. Just select the suggested tip amount or enter your own at checkout.
